I’ve noticed a small issue in the Notification Center that’s a bit confusing.
What’s Happening:
After I send a message to Customer Care, the app still shows an unread notification (like a red dot or "1 unread"), even though I was the one who sent it. It makes me think there’s a reply when there isn’t.
What I Expected:
The unread indicator should only appear when Customer Care replies—not when I send a message myself.
What’s Actually Happening:
The notification stays stuck as unread, even after checking multiple times.
My Device Details:
- App Version: 1.0.40 (latest)
- Device: Samsung Galaxy S21
- OS: Android 13
It’s a bit frustrating since I keep thinking there’s a response. Could you look into this? Let me know if you need more details or screenshots.

Thank you for reporting this issue! We’ve been able to replicate the bug and are working on a fix. This will be resolved in the next app update, version 1.0.41.
