These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FICOS, a cloud-based business management solution designed for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) worldwide (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

a. FICOS provides tools for inventory tracking, expense management, customer engagement, and financial reporting to MSMEs.
b. You may use the Platform for your internal business purposes only.
c. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

a. To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account.
b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration
process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

a. The use of certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. Any fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to your use of such features.
b. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform in accordance with the
payment terms provided to you.

a. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of FICOS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, or create derivative
works of any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FICOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

b. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of the Platform.

a. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be
resolved exclusively by the courts of the United Kingdom.
