- Unread messages now appear first so you won’t miss important replies.
- Your own messages no longer appear as unread—only replies from support will.
- Conversations load faster, so you don’t have to wait to see your messages.
2. More Reliable Notifications
Notifications are now smarter and only alert you when needed.
- Instant alerts when support replies to your message.
- No more duplicate or delayed notifications.
- If you’ve turned off support notifications, Ficos will respect your settings.
3. Easier to Track Conversations
If you have an ongoing issue, you’ll always see your newest and unread messages first. This makes it simple to pick up where you left off without scrolling through older messages.
