Can I give credit to a customer I have not saved in FICOS retail management system? And if I can, please show me how to do it?

No – in FICOS you must have a customer record. Credit transactions need to be tracked and associated with a customer, so you’ll need to create a customer first in the Customer Management module before giving credit.
This ensures that every credit transaction is linked to a specific customer for proper tracking and future reference.
